Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. If it is not recovering enough missed work to pay for itself, you should not be paying for it.
What counts as a call minute?
A call minute is the time from when Logictap answers to when the call ends, rounded up to the next full minute. Only answered calls count.
Which plan includes calendar or CRM sync?
Business includes CRM and calendar sync. Enterprise adds custom integrations and workflows for more complex operations.
What if I need something none of the plans cover?
Tell us. Solo and Business cover how most businesses work, and Enterprise exists for the ones that do not. If your requirement does not fit a plan, we will quote it rather than turn it away.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start with the coverage you need now and move up as call volume, routing or integration needs grow.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.10 a minute on Solo and $0.08 a minute on Business. We will flag it before it becomes a surprise, and if you are going over regularly the larger plan almost always costs less.
Is onboarding included?
Every setup includes configuring your business information, booking rules and call-handling preferences. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding for larger rollouts.
